The Joy of Eating – I really like using Google Books since it allows you to read interesting parts of a book without buying it unless you find it interesting, in which case you may want to buy it.  The Joy of Eating seems like an interesting take on dieting where you separate the carbs from the protein in to different meals.  Most diet books tell you to do the opposite, especially if you are diabetic so that the carbs stay in the stomach and body longer, so you don’t bottom out on your sugar.  Maybe changing things up to do this way where they are separate may be a better way to lose weight?  Hmm?…
